Garden Planner

By placing seed packets in a binder, you can easily see what needs to be planted and when. 

I have these seed storage binder pockets. 

And I arrange my seeds by time of year I have to plant the seeds. For example, my onions, arugula & wild flowers are the first seeds in my binder pockets because they are planted in February. Then, my peppers and tomatoes because they go into seed starts via seed blocks in March, followed by carrots which are planted in April, etc. 

I put a note in front of each seed, when it should be planted and have my Garden Planner Chart in the front binder pocket, along with a rough sketch of where I want to plant each crop, taking into consideration companion planting. 

I organize this in January/February so the rest of the gardening is simple and requires little planning moving forward!
